Which calendar does it use?
The product is designed around one connected Google Calendar. Your business sets the hours and services it can book.
Can it cancel or move a booking?
Unverified cancellation and rescheduling requests are referred to staff.
Does it support messages?
WhatsApp and Instagram messages are covered on the plans that include them, with replies written from your business details and anything uncertain passed to your team.
What happens to customer information?
Call audio is not recorded. Call transcripts and messages are kept for a period the business chooses, 90 days by default, and can be deleted. See the privacy notice for details.
